Announcing the SUSE Partner Award Winners 2025

As part of the  Global Partner Summit in Orlando, Florida on March 10, 2025, we celebrated the outstanding achievements and contributions of SUSE’s partners over the past year.

Recognizing Partner Excellence

The winners for this year’s partner awards were picked from a very esteemed pool of nominations – the standard was certainly set very high. Thank you to everyone who participated, and nominated themselves or a partner in this year’s awards. Without further ado, here are the award categories and the deserving winners:

1. Joint Innovator: AWS

 

AWS has been a key partner in driving innovation and value for our joint customers. Their joint offering with SUSE has not only enhanced the capabilities of our technologies but has also set new standards in the industry. AWS’s commitment to innovation and customer success is truly commendable.

 

  • Accelerated SaaS Delivery: Working closely with their SaaS Factory allowed SUSE to bring new services to market over 50% faster. SUSE Cloud Observability and SUSE Application Collection took only 2 weeks via the SaaS model with their Marketplace, compared to an estimated 12 months independently.
  • Enabling Seamless Cloud Migration: Partnered to deliver a SUSE multi-product marketplace  offer to simplify the transition of on-premises workloads to the cloud
  • SUSE Cloud Observability as a SaaS listing
    • Simplified Deployment: SUSE Cloud Observability simplifies deployment with pre-configured policies and streamlined integrations through the AWS Marketplace, allowing teams to scale observability effortlessly
    • Cost Flexibility: Pay-as-you-go pricing is available on their Marketplace, ensuring cost flexibility while scaling with business needs

 

2. Deal Registration Partner of the Year: Mainline Information Systems

 

Mainline Information Systems has consistently driven significant deal registrations and partner-generated pipeline. Their strategic approach and dedication to delivering value to customers have been instrumental in our success. We are proud to recognize Mainline Information Systems for their outstanding performance.

 

  • Mainline’s strategic expansion into SUSE’s cloud-native technologies underscores their adaptability and forward-thinking approach.
  • They have consistently integrated SUSE’s Enterprise Linux into high-value solutions developed alongside their leading hardware vendors
  • With a track record of securing new business and expanding SUSE’s footprint in the enterprise market, Mainline exemplifies the qualities of a high-impact channel partner.

 

3. Solution of the Year: Dell Technologies

 

Dell Technologies is a global strategic partner of SUSE for 20+ years, and a customer for 10+ years. Specifically in the past year, and resulting in this award, Dell has developed standout solutions that incorporate SUSE technologies to address customer challenges in:  

 

Their innovative approach and technical expertise have resulted in a solution that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. We are thrilled to honor Dell Technologies for their exceptional contribution.

4. Cloud Elevate Partners of the Year: Technologent and FullStackS

Technologent and FullStackS

Technologent and FullStackS have been instrumental in helping customers migrate to the cloud and manage applications effectively. Their expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality services have made them invaluable partners. We are delighted to recognize both Technologent and FullStackS for their outstanding contributions to the cloud ecosystem.

Technologent:

  • Evident in their year-over-year sales growth, consistently raising the bar in driving SUSE adoption.
  • This past year, they achieved a significant milestone by closing SUSE’s largest Cloud Marketplace deal in fiscal year 2024, cementing their position as a key cloud partner.
  • Their leadership ensures that their technical teams stay ahead of the curve, regularly equipping their solution architects with up-to-date knowledge on SUSE’s offerings.
  • By developing service offerings that leverage AWS Channel Partner Private Offers (CPPO) and Azure Multiparty Private Offers (MPO), they are creating innovative ways to deliver SUSE solutions in the cloud.

 

FullStackS

  • Closed the  first Cloud Elevate deal with the AWS CPPO program
  • FullStackS also attained SELL Diamond status in three countries (Switzerland, Austria & Germany)
  • By customizing SUSE’s solutions, particularly those based on SUSE Rancher Prime, FullStackS addresses the unique needs of each client in terms of speed, cost, and security. Its customer base includes DAX-listed companies across industries such as healthcare, insurance, and banking in three countries.
  • Over the past years, SUSE and FullStackS have built a robust ecosystem centered around cloud native solutions, enabling enterprises to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced digital world and benefiting from AWS CPPO program.

 

5. Rising Star: Portworx by Pure Storage

 

Portworx by Pure Storage is a rising star in the SUSE One Partner Program. Despite being a relatively new entrant, they have leaned into our joint partnership, building innovative solutions that have brought us to the attention of enterprise customers across a number of industries. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly inspiring.

 

  • With Portworx by Pure Storage as the container data management platform and SUSE Rancher Prime as the container management platform, organizations across various industries and verticals can leverage Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
    This is achieved by optimizing container storage performance, delivering  enterprise-grade business continuity for container workloads, and accelerating developer productivity with unified storage for SUSE Rancher Prime clusters anywhere.

 

6. Solution Provider of the Year: Adfinis

 

Adfinis has built and delivered exceptional services around SUSE technologies, providing our joint customers with reliable and innovative solutions. Their expertise and commitment to quality have made them a trusted partner. We are honored to recognize Adfinis for their outstanding performance.

 

  • By leveraging zero-touch provisioning managed entirely by code, Adfinis delivered a scalable, future-proof platform for a large telco customer, eliminating the need for manual intervention and driving customer value from day one.
    • Accelerated Deployment: Adfinis’s solution provisions SUSE Virtualization, Rancher Management Server, tools, and workload clusters in under two hours, enabling customers to quickly go from zero to fully operational and significantly speeding up deployment across core and edge sites.
    • Modular Flexibility: The system’s modular architecture allows individual components to be easily replaced or upgraded as needed, ensuring long-term adaptability and flexibility to support customers’ evolving needs.

The SUSE Awards ceremony ended with  a night of celebration. It was a testament to the power of collaboration and the impact that our partners have on the success of our customers. Each winner has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and we are proud to have them as part of the SUSE Ecosystem.
