Six months in and I am l loving it here at SUSE. I am off to Ceph Day Berlin and the OpenStack Summit!

My six month anniversary, how time flies, is fast approaching, November 14 to be exact. And I’ll be at OpenStack Summit in Berlin to celebrate the day. I’ve learned a lot in a short period of time and I’m really excited about heading off to Berlin this coming weekend. I will be participating, along with a whole bunch of SUSE folks, in two events next week. The first, on November 12 is Ceph Day Berlin. An all-day event around the Ceph open source project. Ceph is the technology that powers my favorite software-defined storage solution SUSE® Enterprise Storage. The second is the OpenStack Summit, which is from November 13 through 15 and is also in Berlin. There are still tickets available so if you’re interested please sign up soon. And if you are attending either event make sure you visit us. At Ceph Day we will have a table set up throughout the day with SUSE experts milling about. For OpenStack Summit you can visit us at booth B3 in the Marketplace. There will be lots of SUSE experts around, demos and we will have cool giveaways so come on by and say hello. I hope to see you there.
