SUSE and FullStackS celebrate their long-standing partnership in DACH as FullStackS attains SELL Diamond status in all three countries
Congratulations to FullStackS, a leading DevOps, cloud native and digital transformation expert and our fast growing partner, who, last month, achieved the highest SUSE One Partner Program specialization tier across all three countries of the DACH region. FullStackS is the first channel partner to achieve this status, and is keeping company with a few global strategic partners to have reached this tier status.
A journey of growth and success
Founded in Vienna in late 2020 by Philipp Kainz and Sebastian Mangelkramer, FullStackS has grown significantly, today boasting a team of over 30 dedicated professionals. The company guides organizations on their journey to modernize IT infrastructures and software through cloud native computing.
By customizing SUSE’s solutions, particularly those based on Rancher, FullStackS addresses the unique needs of each client in terms of speed, cost, and security. Its customer base includes DAX-listed companies across industries such as healthcare, insurance, and banking, with clients like Leica Geosystems Grenke AG, and many more.
Since 2021, FullStackS has been a pivotal channel partner for SUSE in the DACH region, empowering organizations to modernize and digitalize their IT infrastructures by delivering guidance across platforms, enablement, self-service and security at scale using SUSE’s cloud native solutions. As of September 2024, FullStackS has attained the highest specialization tier level across three countries in the SUSE One Partner Program, underscoring both the company’s technical expertise and their longstanding commitment to delivering open source cloud native solutions from SUSE to our joint customers.
Over the past three years, SUSE and FullStackS have built a robust ecosystem centered around cloud native solutions, enabling enterprises to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced digital world.
What FullStackS’ achievement means for our customers
SUSE’s collaboration with FullStackS has enabled nearly 100 shared customers to fully leverage the capabilities of SUSE’s solutions. Together, SUSE and FullStackS have consistently delivered agile, seamless developer experiences while maintaining exceptional reliability for mission-critical services.
One project which exemplifies the impact the partnership has had on customers is the Sparkassen Mobility Portal by Deutsche Leasing AG. This online platform, featuring a car configurator utilized by potentially 30 million end customers, is built entirely on SUSE technology.
The collaboration between SUSE and FullStackS enabled the rapid development of a stable and scalable solution, demonstrating how their combined expertise forms the foundation for swift digitalization.
By integrating advanced technologies (listed below), FullStackS was able to solve a “10,000-piece puzzle” – with SUSE providing the required technologies and FullStackS customizing the remaining parts to meet specific client needs:
- SUSE Rancher Prime
- SUSE Storage
- Elemental for operating system management
- SUSE Virtualizationas a VMware alternative
- and SUSE Linux Micro as the underlying operating system
Sebastian Mangelkramer, CEO and Co-Founder of FullStackS, states, “We are proud and excited to advance our channel partnership with SUSE. Reflecting on our shared success in providing fast, tailored access to SUSE’s solutions, we believe that cloud-native and DevOps represent the future of enterprise software. Our customers will now benefit from an even closer collaboration at the highest technical level as we prepare them for the next generation of IT applications.”
Growth rooted in Rancher
SUSE’s acquisition of Rancher Labs set the stage for Kubernetes to become more manageable, providing an enterprise-ready container management system that simplifies operations.
FullStackS has played a vital role in this ecosystem by continually improving the foundational technologies to ensure that companies can modernize their legacy software without the complexities that are typically involved as part of such transformations. This is particularly beneficial for large-scale enterprises in critical industries, which have leveraged these solutions to overcome challenges associated with outdated IT systems.
Delivering success, together
SUSE and FullStackS will continue to innovate and expand this partnership, and remain dedicated to providing enterprises with the tools and expertise necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
We thank FullStackS for their commitment, trust and continued partnership – through which, we will continue to deliver innovative cloud native solutions to customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
