Environment
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 1
Situation
Graphics performance on the last CPU is about 50% less than the rest of the CPUs.
It happens only on SUSE kernels with both NVIDIA and ATI.
The issue can be seen with "taskset --cpu-list 4 glxgears". Compare the last CPU to the rest.
Resolution
Fixed in kernel 2.6.32.29-0.3.1
