smt-sync fails with "Duplicate entry 'suse-linux-enterprise-server-sp1-10-online-i386'"

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 3 (SLES 11 SP3)

Situation

smt-sync fails with the following error:

Downloading Product and Repository information
DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry 'suse-linux-enterprise-server-sp1-10-online-i386' for key 'PRODUCTLOWER' at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/SMT/SCCSync.pm line 675.
DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry 'suse-linux-enterprise-server-sp1-10-online-i386' for key 'PRODUCTLOWER' at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/SMT/SCCSync.pm line 675.

Resolution

The smt mainteance update, smt-2.0.11-0.9.1 released April 2015 includes the patch to resolve the problem. Please install the recommended update.
