Firmware-assisted dump (fadump) fails to register after a Dynamic Logical Partition (DLPAR) memory remove operation

Environment
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 4 (SLES 11 SP4)
Situation
Firmware-assisted dump (fadump) might fail to register after a
DLPAR memory remove operation.
Resolution
To avoid this, make sure the LMBs removed do not fall in the memory
region starting from real address zero until about more than twice
the memory reserved for fadump. For example, on a system with LMB
size 256MB and 4GB reserved for fadump, make sure LMBs that make up
the first 8.25GB memory (2*4GB + an additional LMB) are not
removed, for fadump registration to succeed.
