With the "vgdisplay -v" command a cluster locking error is shown on non cluster servers

Environment
Situation
:~ # vgdisplay -v
connect() failed on local socket: No such file or directory
Internal cluster locking initialisation failed.
WARNING: Falling back to local file-based locking.
Volume Groups with the clustered attribute will be inaccessible.
Finding all volume groups
Volume Group information is then still displayed as expected.
Resolution
locking_type = 1
Cause
In SLES 11 the default is configured to cluster-based locking 3 to simplify the configuration in a cluster. When running in a non-clustered environment, the locking_type falls back to 1.
