How to get recent versions of UEFI boot files for Multi-PXE Installation

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP5
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2

Situation

Installing an installation server following the best practice How to Set Up a Multi-PXE Installation Server could lead to use outdated versions of UEFI boot files e.g. grub.efi,bootx64.efi and MokManager.efi.

Resolution

Recent versions of UEFI boot files can be found within the update repositories within following packages:

File Name	Package Name
bootx64.efi	shim Note: File name is shim-sles.efi and is copied/renamed when running `shim-install`
grub.efi	grub2-x86_64-efi
MokManager.efi	shim

Cause

Best practice uses UEFI boot files from installation media. They can be outdated.
