This document (000021248) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Environment

- Rancher 2.6.x, 2.7.x and Rancher 2.8.x

Resolution

- User session timeout is configured in rancher with property "auth-user-session-ttl-minutes", and the default value is 16hrs. However, this property is configurable from Rancher UI -> Global Setting -> Settings.

- As a result, the users are automatically logged out of Rancher. If not, then Once the changes are done, make sure to logout and login again to the Rancher UI.
