New container signing key for official containers on registry.suse.com

This document (000021411) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Situation

The signing key for the official containers available from registry.suse.com to a new 4096bit RSA key were changed on March 13th. The new key is already available via suse-build-key updates on SLES and openSUSE systems.

Additionally it is also attached here, both in PEM format for use by cosign and podman and in GPG format for Docker.
Note that EOL containers have not been resigned at this time and continue to be signed by the old 2048bit RSA key.
