Pacemaker prints the error: couldn't create file for mmap

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 15 SP3

Situation

The following type of error messages are printed by pacemaker:
  error: couldn't allocate file /dev/shm/qb-30968-10419-14-iWXPZP/qb-event-cib_rw-data: Interrupted system call (4)
  error: couldn't create file for mmap
  error: qb_rb_open:/dev/shm/qb-30968-10419-14-iWXPZP/qb-event-cib_rw: Interrupted system call (4)
  error: shm connection FAILED: Interrupted system call (4)
  error: Error in connection setup (/dev/shm/qb-30968-10419-14-iWXPZP/qb): Interrupted system call (4)

Resolution

The fix is released in the patch "SUSE-SLE-Product-HA-15-SP3-2022-105" which contains the libqb package version "libqb100-2.0.2+20201203.def947e-3.3.1".

Cause

The issue is caused by a bug in the "libqb" package as described below:
  https://github.com/ClusterLabs/libqb/issues/451
