SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 15
SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 12

Situation

What is the meaning of the warning message from the cluster? 
warning: Blind faith: not fencing unseen nodes

Resolution

The cluster wide policy stonith-enabled=false has been set for the cluster.  
   Note: Clusters without STONITH enabled are not supported.  

To enable STONITH policy in the cluster, use the following command.
crm configure property stonith-enabled=true

 

Additional Information

Reference documentation: Clusters without STONITH enabled are not supported.

Cluster utilities now show Errors when stonith-enabled=false
  HAWK --> STATUS --> Error: STONITH is disabled. For normal cluster operation, STONITH is required.
  crm shell --> ERROR: warning: unpack_config:    Blind faith: not fencing unseen nodes
