SUSE Manager webUI freezes, not accessible or times out with 4.3.1 update

Environment

SUSE Manager 4.3

Situation

After an upgrade, or even on new installations, where the target version is 4.3.1, the web-UI either freezes, or is either inaccessible or unstable.

Resolution

For systems affected by this issue a Program Temporary Fix (PTF) has been made available here:

Cause

There was a crash when filtering in system lists with multiple users connected.

Reported to Engineering

The problem is also tracked upstream, as it was found in the community supported version of the product, Uyuni.
