Restoring UEFI boot Entries

Environment
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11
Situation
UEFI boot entries can accidentally be lost. And then SLES will not boot automatically.
Resolution
Take the following steps to restore the UEFI boot entries:
- Enter the system UEFI menu as the system is starting up.
- Go through the UEFI boot manager menu to select the elilo.efi (SLES11) file to boot from.
Another method by booting the system from SLES 12/15 DVD and selecting "Boot from HDD", the DVD will scan for EFI bootloader on HDD and will system will be able to boot normally.
After SLES boots up, open a terminal, type 'yast2 bootloader' and press 'OK.' This will restore the UEFI boot entries.
