SUSE supportconfig tool no longer automatically collects PAM related configuration information

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15

Situation

Due to recent GDPR requirements, the SUSE supportconfig tool no longer automatically collects the '/etc/passwd' and PAM related configuration details.

Resolution

To force the supportconfig in collecting the PAM related configuration information, kindly run the supportconfig tool as: 
FORCE_OPTION_PAM=1 supportconfig -ur <CASE_NUMBER> 

Cause

GDPR requirements no longer allow the SUSE supportconfig tool to automatically collect authentication related details in its default configuration.
