This update for migrate-sles-to-sles4sap fixes the following issues:
- Migrating SUSE Linux Enterprise Server to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP with SMT server fails. (bsc#1187433)
- Fix setup scripts URL. (bsc#1171033)
- Fix pattern to find release packages.
