Conference FAQ

01 Will there be a virtual SUSECON 2025?

SUSECON is back to being an in-person event! However, all technical sessions and keynotes will be recorded on-site and made available online after the conference.

02 Will there be a fee to view the online recordings?

No, there will not be a fee to view SUSECON recordings.

All SUSECON technical sessions and keynotes content will be available online to all attendees free of charge after the event. This content will be available publicly in June 2025 (also free of charge).

03 Are there sponsorship opportunities for SUSECON 2025?

04 When does the SUSECON call for papers end?

The call for papers window closes on Friday, October 25.

05 Is there “early-bird” registration pricing?

Yes! The early-bird price of $995 is available through December 31, 2024.

07 What if I must cancel my registration?

Cancellations will be accepted until Friday, February 24, 2025. The registration cost will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee.

09 How do I get to the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort?

From Orlando International Airport by car

Note: This route includes a toll road (SR-528)

  1. Take the North exit out of the airport onto Beachline Expressway West (SR-528) (International Drive, Convention Center)
  2. Continue on Beachline and take I-4 East
  3. Take Exit 75A (Universal Studios) and get in the left lane
  4. At the end of the exit ra.m.p, turn left onto Universal Blvd
  5. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Hollywood Way
  6. At the third traffic light, turn left onto Adventure Way
  7. Loews Sapphire Falls Resort entrance is on your left

Rideshare
Rideshare options and taxis are available from the Orlando Airport to the hotel. Rates vary by day and time.

10 Can guests (non-SUSECON attendees) attend the evening events?

A guest pass is available for all evening functions for a fee of $200 per guest. This includes any regularly scheduled SUSE‐hosted conference activities after the close of daily sessions. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the evening events. Guest passes may be purchased on the SUSECON registration site..

11 Hotel Reservations

SUSECON 2025 has arranged for a limited number of rooms in a room block at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. The rate is $279 per night. The group rate is available from the attendee portal after you register. Other hotels within easy walking distance include the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Universal’s Aventura Hotel.
