Product Description
SGI's four-processor systems offer performance and density in both standard-depth and half-depth form factors. When leveraging efficient power supplies, low-voltage memory and high-efficiency processors, these systems can reduce data center power consumption and heat output. Up to 44 systems can be mounted back-to-back in SGI back-to-back cabinets each with up to 16 processing cores leveraging today's quad-core options for up to 704 cores per rack. These quad socket solutions are ideal for any SLES deployment whether for enterprise and high performance computing environments.
