Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration.
- VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.3.exe), the virtio network drivers were used during testing.
- PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where one of the host network adapters was given to one of the SLES 12 guests. The the Intel I350-T2 adapters was used during this testing.
- Kdump (SLE12SP2): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=159M,high crashkernel=112M,low using YaST.
