Product Description
The FibreCAT TX24 is a member of the FibreCAT family of Storage products from FUJITSU TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. The FibreCAT TX24 is an ultra compact tape library with up to 24 media slots and up to two tape drives in 2 U footprint. It offers storage capability for up to 19.2 TB (LTO-3, compressed) respectively 9.6 TB (LTO-2, compressed). If ordered with 12 slots, the remaining 12 slots can be activated easily via soft key license (instant upgrade). The FibreCAT TX24 will be connected to a host using SCSI or FibreChannel, depending on the model. The system features an import/export slot, a build-in barcode reader and is LTO-3 WORM-ready.
