Product Description

The high performing four-socket, Dual-Core processors, system expandability and high availability make the PowerEdge 6950 perfect for database and server consolidation. Designed to reduce complexity, the PowerEdge 6950 still shares common design, layout and labeling conventions with previous generations of PowerEdge servers. By providing hot-plug redundant power supplies and hard drives, plus a SAS RAID option, Dell addresses the need for high availability without sacrificing expandability.
