S2000 series product is the first storage device with fully independent intellectual property right in china. It integrates high intensity, modular interface design and multiple data protection technologies, thus satisfying different storage resource deployment requirements of application systems such as database, backup and data center.

Config Notes

Installation Kit: The lenovo_servers_thinksystem-sle12sp2-x86_64-1.0.iso installation kit is SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. This installation kit must be downloaded and used to start the SLES installation. To obtain the installation kit go to: https://drivers.suse.com/lenovo/Lenovo-ThinkSystem/sle-12-sp2-x86_64/1.0/.
Kdump (SLE12SP2): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=167M,high crashkernel=122M,low using YaST.
Install: System installed using an external USB DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: single disk RAID 0.
