Config Notes
- Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 0 and RAID 1.
- Maintenance update: SLES 11 SP3 Xen maintenance update 8063 x86-64 is required and was installed during certification testing.
- Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with following additional parameters "dom0_mem=4G dom0_max_vcpus=4".
- VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES 11 SP3 drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 drivers are available from http://download.novell.com (VMDP-WIN-2.1.exe).
- Install: System installed using the internal DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration.
- PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where one of the host network adapters was given to one of the SLES 11 SP3 x86-64 guests. One of the embedded Intel Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
