Product Description
The Lenovo x880 X6 is based on the Intel Xeon E7 chip and is scalable from a two socket server to an eight socket server. Being scalable from two to eight sockets will provide a solution that can meet customer growth and changing compute requirements. Alongside the new Intel chip is the introduction of Flash technology, a disruptive technology delivering leadership performance. The new server is aimed at database, analytics, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and virtualization workloads. It is a truly scalable solution.
