Product Description
The Flex System x240 M5 Compute Node is a high-performance server that offers new security, efficiency, and reliability features to handle business-critical workloads. The blade server is based on the Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 processor with as many as 18 cores and uses new IBM TruDDR4 Memory running at speeds up to 2133 MHz

Config Notes
- Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. The system also has one internal USB port.
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: single disk JBOD.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 12 FV guest. One of the integrated Lenovo CN4052 10Gb Virtual Fabric adapters was used in this testing.
