Config Notes
- Install: System installed using PXE network install; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Disk configuration: SSD RAID 10, HDD RAID 5. Kdump (SLES15): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=319M,high crashkernel=172M,low using YaST. Maintenance update: the latest SLES 15 kernel update is required and was installed during certification testing.
- Persistent Memory: The Persistent Memory in the system was configured in mixed mode, 90-percent (~6.8TB) in Memory Mode and 10-percent (~1.0TB) in AppDirect Mode.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 15 guest. One of the Intel Ethernet Connection X722 (Quad-Port) for 1GbE adapters was used in this testing.
