Product Description
The FUJITSU Server PRIMERGY TX1320 M2 is the
perfect server for environments where space,
full server functionality and silent operation are
crucial. The ultra-compact tower server is an
excellent choice for retail premises, branch offices,
or in other contexts where strict legal controls
apply. With full server management capabilities
the system can easily be integrated into existing IT
infrastructures or administered from afar. Despite
its size the PRIMERGY TX1320 M2 features Intel®
Xeon® processor E3 family performance, up to six
storage drives and supports an optional backup
device. This unique combination makes it ideal for
demanding environments where space is scarce.

Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader ans system configuration. Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 0.
- Kdump (SLE12SP3): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=158M,high crashkernel=112M,low using YaST.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 SP4 FV guest. One of the integrated Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
