Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Disk configuration: HDD JBOD and M.2 boot device with two SSDs configured as a RAID 0 device. Kdump (SLE15): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=420M,high crashkernel=272M,low using YaST.
- Maintenance update: SLES 15 kernel update 784 was installed during certification testing.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 12 FV guest. One of the Lenovo ThinkSystem X710-DA2 PCIe 10Gb SFP+ Ethernet adapters was used in this testing.
