Config Notes

Restoring the display after a lid close requires a CTRL+ALT while at the same time toggling the F8 and F7 keys.
Dual-head fails when switching between dual-head, external and internal displays (Fn+F7). Dual-head works if it is not switched.
Restore from Suspend to RAM does not auto restore networking connectivity; run "rcnetwork restart" as root from a terminal to restore networking.
Does not support Suspend to RAM with Desktop Effects enbled.
