Situation
Resolution
To pass the CTRL-ALT-DELETE to the DomU, make the CTRL key sticky by pressing it three times, and then press ALT-DELETE simultaneously (not while pressing CTRL):

CTRL CTRL CTRL then ALT-DELETE
