yast2 smt-server does not redeploy database during a new setup

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 (SLES 12 SP1)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 (SLES 12 SP2)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 (SLES 12 SP3)

Situation

To e.g. reconfigure SMT from scratch, the install routine for an SMT server is supposed to be run a second time and create a new database. Prior starting yast2 smt-server, the old smt database was deleted. While YaST2 writes all information, the creation of the SMT user and database is skipped, noting YaST2 did not ask for the mysql root password to setup the database.

Resolution

Delete /var/lib/YaST2/smt-already-adjusted.

Cause

If /var/lib/YaST2/smt-already-adjusted exists, YaST2 will skip creating the user and database.
