Capturing Usage Report from NeuVector environment

Situation

In general, the NeuVector usage report will provide brief information about the infrastructure where NeuVector deployment is running.  If possible, always include the usage report when opening a new support ticket.

Resolution

Steps

Generate the Usage Report
  1. Log in into the NeuVector UI.
  2. Click on "Settings" button.
  3. Click on "Configuration" button.
  4. Find the "Usage report" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click on the "Usage Report" button to generate a JSON file containing the needed information.
  6. Upload the JSON file to the case.
