Situation

How to configure Postfix to configure from specific IP Addresses and Block the rest.

Resolution

Open main.cf file in /etc/postfix directory.

Modify the following parameter:
mynetworks = IpAddress, IpAddress (IP's of the machines you are trying to relay from).

For more detailed information please look in the main.cf file under heading "TRUST AND RELAY CONTROL".
