Floating IPs can't be reached randomly

Environment

SUSE OpenStack Cloud 6

Situation

The typical main effect is that floating IPs can't be reached randomly from some clients, but can be reached from different clients.
Cloud nodes throw failures while executing command "ping 127.0.0.1" and the error message "net_ratelimit: 1277 callbacks suppressed" is shown in ther kernel ring buffer while executing "dmesg".

Resolution

Workaround is unloading the openvswitch kernel module using the script: https://github.com/SUSE-Cloud/automation/blob/production/scripts/recoverovs
which at least keeps the cloud node and all VMs alive and gets networking back to work.
