ibmhmc stops fencing lpars after HMC update

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 15
SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 12

Situation

Systems that use ibmhmc stonith agent for fencing cluster nodes stops fencing after HMC have been updated to version 10.
This causes no error message .

Resolution

Update cluster-glue to at least version 1.0.12+v1.git.1587474580.a5fda2bc-150000.3.17.1 or higher.

Cause

The ibmhmc stonith agent queries HMC version from HMC as part of the process so that it knows what syntax of commands it needs to use .. HMC V10 reports "V10R1.1020.0" . The stonith code mistakenly recognises this as version 1 and then uses the old syntax and that leads situation where none of the commands by ibmhmc stonith agent will be executed on HMC.
