Updating server fails with classpathx-mail-1.1.2-2.87.noarch requires 'jaf >= 1.0'

Environment

SUSE Manager Server 4.3

Situation

When attempting to update / patch the server zypper returns the following dependency message:
 
Problem: the installed classpathx-mail-1.1.2-2.87.noarch requires 'jaf >= 1.0', but this requirement cannot be provided

 Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
  deinstallation of log4j-2.17.1-4.20.1.noarch
  deinstallation of javamail-1.5.2-1.63.noarch
  deinstallation of log4j-slf4j-2.17.1-4.20.1.noarch
  deinstallation of spacewalk-java-4.3.58-150400.3.46.4.noarch
  downgrade of spacewalk-search-4.3.9-150400.3.12.7.noarch to spacewalk-search-4.3.4-150400.1.2.noarch
  deinstallation of spacewalk-taskomatic-4.3.58-150400.3.46.4.noarch
  deinstallation of subscription-matcher-0.29-150400.3.10.1.noarch
  deinstallation of spacewalk-common-4.3.6-150400.3.6.6.noarch
  deinstallation of susemanager-tools-4.3.27-150400.3.26.5.x86_64

 Solution 2: deinstallation of classpathx-mail-1.1.2-2.87.noarch
 Solution 3: do not install patch:SUSE-SLE-Module-Basesystem-15-SP4-2023-775-1.noarch
 Solution 4: break classpathx-mail-1.1.2-2.87.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies

Choose from above solutions by number or cancel [1/2/3/4/c/d/?] (c):

Resolution

Remove the classpathx-mail package using "zypper rm <insert_package_name>" before updating or select the deinstallation of classpathx-mail option, with the above example, this is Solution 2:
 
Solution 2: deinstallation of classpathx-mail-1.1.2-2.87.noarch

Cause

The classpathx-mail package was included with SUSE Manager 4.0 but removed with subsequent versions.

Additional Information

This is likely a left over from when a server was upgraded from the older SUSE Manager Sever version 4.0.
