How to enable VNC connection to a server from SSH / Putty

Situation

Type vncserver and press Enter

If it asks for a password, give it a password, hit Enter, and retype the password to verify

When asked to enter a view-only password select y or n and proceed
-
It should read New 'X' desktop is <ServerName> : <Port>

It should also show it created a startup script, application, and log file

Use any VNC Viewer Client and type IpAddress:Port (Port number that was shown in step 4)
Example: 192.168.1.10:2 or Servername:2 then type the Password that was setup in step 3
