Here When You Need Us

df does not show rootfs

This document (7006566) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 3

Situation

On a SLES10 server with Veritas cluster software running: after an update from the previous Support or Service Pack df is reporting some file systems, but not rootfs.

Resolution

The Service or Support Pack only upgrades the software that is created and delivered by SUSE.
The Veritas modules are therefore not upgraded automatically. This has to be done manually. Please contact Veritas/Symantec for further help.
