HAGetFailoverConfig cluster test failed with Insufficient memory

Environment
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server High Availability Extention 15 SP2
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server High Availability Extention 12 SP5
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 15 SP3
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 15 SP2
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 12 SP5
Situation
after installing and configure up a NetWeave or S/4 HANA cluster.

The following test failed with a message like:
# sapcontrol -nr <Instance Number> -function HAGetFailoverConfig 13.10.2020 14:51:23 FAIL: Insufficient memory
Resolution
Cause
crm_simulate -Lshas changed within newer pacemaker version. This causes a parsing problem in the sap-suse-cluster-connector tool.
