System hangs on reboot if 'google-shutdown-scripts.service' is enabled

Environment
Situation
Consequently 'google-shutdown-scripts.service' is enabled by default.
If the service is enabled, system hangs when it is rebooted.
Resolution
Workaround:
In '/usr/lib/systemd/system/google-shutdown-scripts.service', the 'TimeoutStopSec' field is set to 0 by default.
Modify the timeout value to 1 ( TimeoutStopSec=1) and restart the service.
