SLES11SP1 qla2xxx module reports Mailbox command timeout occurred. Issuing ISP abort.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 1
Situation
Randomly the qla2xxx module reports in /var/log/messages:

Resolution
Please update to kernel 2.6.32.45-0.3.1 or later.
Cause
Problems with MSI/MSI-X handling of the driver.
