SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 11 Service Pack 2
Situation
Resolution
NOTE: If you are using SMT, please make sure that the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 11 SP2 Channels have been synchronized to your SMT before starting the migration!
Download the script from
$(PublishingImagesURL)/TID7011803-Migrate_SLES11-SP2_to_SLES11-for-SAP-SP2.sh
Save the file in the /tmp/ directory and run the script as root:
sh /tmp/TID7011803-Migrate_SLES11-SP2_to_SLES11-for-SAP-SP2.shPlease note that in case you do have packages installed that have dependencies against IBM Java, you need to take care of reinstalling them! The reason for this is that the script exchanges the java versions, and during this process it removes all on java dependent packages.
Reboot the system to apply all changes:
init 6
