sbd.service disabled after running ha-cluster-join

This document (000019624) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP4

Situation

When using SBD as the fencing agent, the ha-cluster-join script sets up the cluster but the sbd.service is disabled.  This causes sbd.service to not be started as a dependency of pacemaker.service.

Resolution

1. Manually enable sbd.service on joining node.

hostname:~ # systemctl enable sbd.service

2. Restart pacemaker.

hostname:~ # crm cluster restart

Cause

This is caused by a regression in the crmsh package.  Investigation is ongoing.

Status

Reported to Engineering

Additional Information

This only appears to affect ha-cluster-join, not ha-cluster-init.
